Place sucks. Flat truth. Tried it once November 2016 and was served RAW TILAPIA, came back to give it another try December 2017. No French dressing even though we called ahead and was told there WAS dressing. Only one choice of the three soups. Chips stale with the shrimp fondue, service was good the lady was a sweet heart and understood my frustration how everything I wanted that was ON the menu or TOLD OVER THE PHONE was available was not. Never coming here again. Always tell people to steer clear of this Runt Tuesday's.

Owing to advanced technology available nowhere else on Earth, select patrons seated at the bar of this Ruby Tuesday's on Broad Street in Sumter will find themselves suddenly catapulted a mile into the sky, parachuted lovingly onto Swan Lake pontoons, then quickly hustled ashore, to be summarily delivered by fire engine back to their original spot at the trough. I know: claims of this nature have been derided as delusional by shallow skeptics who know not of what they speak. But ask the b-tender for a Rusty Nail on the rocks and join the burgeoning number "in the know."
They have the best staff in here. Always smiles and the food is delicious.
