I was looking to get into motorcycles, and mainly looking for information. After vising bike shops in Sumter and Columbia, I can say this one had the best atmosphere. I was brushed off in other bigger shops, as I was looking grubby after work, and had on a backpack. The guys at Cycle City were helpful, even though I was not looking to buy a bike at the time of my first visit. I wasn't even moto licensed yet or a resident of SC(military), I just wanted to look around and ask a few questions. After getting licensed, I ended up coming back and buying a motorcycle from them, and getting a flat replaced later on. I can tell, just by how I felt in the shop, taking my business there was the right choice. Here is my advice to you - Go around and visit all the moto shops, if you're in the market for a bike. Walk into the store, talk to the staff, look around. See how you feel, because you will eventually return for repairs and maintenance. See if you like the staff, if the shop is clean, etc. Cycle city is my go to for motorcycle questions, as they have been friendly and easy to get on the phone/available. All the Best.

Knowledgeable owner who knows what he is doing and talking about with motorcycles. You won't get a load of smoke blown up your rear at this place. I stop in from time to time just to chat see what's new and get some information, never a problem.
