Creating conflict with the entire filing process and telling Petitioner that they would be contacted by mail on the Judges decision.
Makes me wonder how many filings actually get through to where they are supposed to go and if they do with how much of the information provided (?)
Comparing ANOTHER PERSON'S FILING and OUTCOME to the individual filing and telling them NOT TO BE SURPRISED when the Judge doesn't sign it!
When did it become policy that the clerk at the window (#3/Heather) was to give her personal opinion of whether or not one should file a ex parte and/or protective order against a individual?
