Love love love this place. I've never experienced anything but helpful, nice, courteous staff. Sometimes I think it's the customer who is disrespectful and they blame it on the staff.

I came in for a bathing suit. I found some (only 2 in my size, mind you), and decided to try on the suits before purchasing. The lady at the changing room desk was extraordinarily disrespectful. After trying on the suits, I tried to tell her that I did not yet want to put the suits back, I was still unsure as to what I wanted and was planning on holding on to the suits, and continuing shopping. She disregarded what I was trying to tell her, and she all but snatched the suits out of my hands!! I finally gave her one of them just to appease her. But I told her I was still considering purchasing the other one. She glared at me, gave me a snarky smile/smirk, and told me to "thank you for shopping at Tj Maxx", in a way making it clear she meant "go to hell". Not sure what on earth i had done wrong to deserve that treatment. If anyone in Tj Maxx reads this, you need to sit down and talk to the fitting room clerk that was working at 8:30 p.m. on 6/10/2017. You lost a sale that day because of her, and honestly, I'm not sure if I'll ever shop at Tj Maxx again after that treatment. I'd rather pay full price for name brand clothes than get treated like that.
They have some of the worse phone etiquette I've ever experienced. Don't allow you talk, loud and obnoxious. The manager at that. I would expect that from the sales associates possibly but never management. All I did was have a simple question not even a complaint.
The associate's are extremely nice and I always find unique items. I LOVE THIS STORE!!
