Over these two months I can say I am satisfied with the quality of the install (from Lowe's contractors) and the help we received from Lowe's employee, Sam. Otherwise, all customer service was useless and lacked any concern for our satisfaction.

Difficult to work with as they do not care about customer satisfaction. After being given the impression we would be working with them for 3 weeks for a fence installation, it has taken two full months for the completion of the service.
I always enjoy shopping at Lowe's. They have a wide selection of merchandise and a good return policy. And, for me, the 10 per cent military discount is a big plus.
Awesome the associate there didn't give up until she found what we were looking for. This was after the first associate stated lowes didn't carry the item anymore and just walked away. The 2nd one gave us the best service ever. Just wish I had gotten her name.
Mackenzie went way over board to help us at closing time. We had returned furniture that was not assembled correctly. We had purchased it earlier in the day and another employee was to fix it and we were to come pick it up. After driving 25 minutes to come get it (We had to call and were told it was ready),as we loaded it on our truck, we checked to make sure it was fixwd...but it was not! Another employee agreed that it was not fixed but said there was no way to fix it, so we returned it. However, on my way home, I looked at it on line and saw what the problem was. I went back to the store. That's when I met Mackenzie working at the service desk. She looked it up on line, went and gathered the tools, and fixed it right there. She never said a bad word about the other employees or the one who assembled it wrong, she just cheerfully fixed it and rung it up for us. Then I watched as she returned the tools. What a jewel! If it weren't for her, you would only be getting one star!
