I placed an take out order today. My wrap was super small (size wise). I paid for cheese and no cheese was on the wrap. I shouldn't have to pay for cheese when that normally comes on a sandwich. I blame the store owner and manager. Their team needs better training

Ordered online, specified NO ONION since I am allergic to them, but I did want lettuce and tomato picked up my sub was given a hard time not only about the discount because apparently discounts are not given online but was also given a hard time because even though it was placed online and I didn't have to wait for the order I was told I would still have to do so picked up my sandwich it had no lettuce no tomato and only onion on it and being that I had picked it up and gone directly to work I was now no longer without lunch or break food for later called and was told I could bring it back and get a replacement. For those of us who have busy Lives who can't just stop on a dime to go and get a replacement because somebody else screwed up we don't have time for that so if you need something made correctly or you expect something to be done correctly from this store don't expect too much!
Great sandwich shop with friendly staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere, and fresh cut meats and bread. I love the smell of fresh baked bread when you walk in. If you like Subway but are looking for something a little different (and an upgrade), then I would recommend trying Jersey Mike's Subs.
