The staff member I met to pick up my cat about 4 years ago was very professional and friendly, and the company has reasonably strong rules in place to ensure the continued well-being of their kittens.
I am obligated to note, though, that my cat has been diagnosed with PKD, a terminal and incurable genetically-inherited disease. I would recommend any interested buyers ask to review clean bills of health from the sire and dam before moving forward.
