I called on thursday and set up an appointment for them to fix two missing shingles. They called back later that afternoon and rescheduled it for the weekend. They were late for their appointment on the weekend. I called. No answer. They called back 30 minutes after their scheduled appointment to say that they wouldnt be out for another 7 hours. With that evidence of their customer service, needless to say, I called another company.
