I had an excellent experience here. The neighborhood ks quite, everyone keeps to themselves, maintenance handles issues in a timely manner and the landlord Ms. Sharon is very nice sweet and understanding. Thanks for giving me and my family the opportunity to lease with your company!

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT LIVE OR WORK IN THIS DUMP RUN BY RACIST NARCISSISTIC PEOPLE WHO'S NOSES ARE SO FAR UP THEIR OWN BEHINDS THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR TENANTS, PROSPECTIVE TENANTS, OR WORKERS!!! I applied for a home out there and they led the worker and myself to believe that I would be approved for it and then after firing the employee I heard nothing else about the home. I had to call them myself and then they gave me bogus excuses as to why I couldn't move in the home. COULDNT EVEN GIVE ME ENOUGH RESPECT TO CALL ME! Not to mention the grounds of the community are unkept and the front is full of trash! I second guessed going out there myself because of the way it looked but I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and blame the trash pickup services but every time I passed by it didn't look any better. WHERE IS DHEC?!!!! CHILDREN LIVE OUT THERE!! If you thinking about Iris Winds as a place to stay, think again.
Do not move to Iris winds mobile home park!!! They treat tenants and workers horrible. These are prime example of slum lords. They do not fix or maintain in which are agreed upon in the lease. The owners judged people based on racist profiling. I had multiple accounts of them telling me to charge late fees and other fees unjustly. Tenants had holes in my floor and mold from water damage for over 5 months. Me being the manager I called the owners to make a complain and they did nothing and advised me to fix or resolve issues on my own with know training at all. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS MOBILE HOME PARK ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND POSSIBLY YOUR HEALTH!!!
I mean all these bad kids here stealing my bikes and trespassing property. The Owner was nice but now the new one is bad. Even burning trash I mean.
