Love the sales and the friendly people there than help you
I have to be honest I use to enjoy kmart but, after today I wouldn't walk back through there door very rude customer service from the manager David and the sales associate that was in layaway. Kmart need to learn to value customer service. There was one young lady who was helpful enough to try and show them the correct way to see my refund and I appreciate her very much.
Waited my turn at the jewelry counter for 45 minutes. Nice sale and counter person was efficient and polite. She sold to and checked out people in proper order, until me of course. Four people with overflowing buggies of small items line up while I am being served, NOT jewelry items. Lady takes my ALMOST purchase to the register and tells me I have to wait on her to check all those others out. I told her "No way, please put it back. I waited my turn". Really wanted it but they had many check out out lines open just 15 feet away.
My boyfriend was falsely accused of shoplifting today at the Sumter, SC store. This man wouldn't steal even if his life depended on it. The police were called, he was never patted down or searched. He was walked from the front of the store to the back causing great embarrassment. The video NEVER showed him stealing anything. He has been banned from the store (No worries there after today he nor I will ever go into Kmart again)
Not impressed that they put a huge sign out front saying how they love military families come in for discounts and then you get in there and get told they only give them on Tuesdays and the 15th of each month. False advertising of the worst kind right there.
