They were really nice to me and my baby when she was sick. Made a follow-up and my baby passed away, called them and they said I still owed them money because they gave me too many pills for my baby!! Really?? They forgot to give me her flea pill and she died!! Whoever took the call was NOT a very nice person!! Money isn't everything!!
Dr. Cook is amazing! However, I just paid 12 dollars for one ounce of red cell medicine. This product is only 8 dollars for 32 ounces.... I feel a bit taken advantage of.
Every time I have needed to come here they have been very helpful. Recently I had to put down my 19 year old cat and I was more than upset about it. They brought me right back and were so sympathetic, caring, and sensitive to not only me but my cat as well. Looking back I am so glad I didn't take my cat anywhere else because they helped me so much that day. Thank you so much Guignard Animal Clinic!! I was recommended to this animal clinic by a friend. The staff is always friendly. They seem to remember your pets and really care about them. My boyfriend and I feel so popular when we go because we have a very unique cat, a DEVON rex, and a tortoise that we bring in. People go crazy about them.
These people will lie to you to cover their incompetence. Extremely unprofessional. Every other vet in Sumter area is a better choice. They decided on their own to not administer treatment that was required for our dogs to travel, despite us repeatedly requesting and explaining the situation. Because of this blatent disregard for what we told them our dogs are unable to come with us to Europe. Peach Orchid is a much better vet
