One time I asked for something extra in my drink and in a rude way the person behind the counter told me no because they only had 1 bottle left and could give extra. The next day they had it which was awesome. The vibe isn't that great but the drinks are usually 95 percent of the time good. The last time I went in I ordered a strawberries and cream but they didn't add a lot of strawberry flavor so it had a weird bland taste. I will probably go back considering it's a hit or miss with them and it's the only one in town.
Excellent service with a smile! They are efficient and always pleasant. One of the best spots in Sumter.
The baristas here do a great job! They make it feel much more like a small-town coffee shop than many of the other Starbuck's I've been to. Go regularly and they'll remember your name, your order, and everything!
Friendly staff great service. Coffee drink was delicious. Drive-through moved relatively quickly.
Really fast in the morning (which is the only reason that it gets three stars) not worth the wait in the afternoon. Waited 30min yesterday and that's not the first time but I won't do it again. More than a few cars in the drive through you'll be there at least 20mins. Inside is even more of a nightmare.
