Gave us car with two low tires, on E for gas, and due for an oil change. Made reservation a week or so in advance but had no information from my reservation only my name. Had to spend extra time getting the car since they had no info on how long I was having it ext.
When I returned the vehicle to the Greer SC facility I found the service just as pleasant.
Because my car was being repaired we had to get a rental. The car we got had a sticker saying no smoking but the car was full of a smoke smell. I couldn't tell since I cannot smell things because of a sinus infection many years ago but as my wife and I were traveling to Columbia from Sumter the smell got so bad to her that we had to exchange our car for another at the Charleston Hwy Enterprise. The people at this location on Charleston Hwy were extremely kind to make sure my wife was ok after having a reaction to the smokey car. This car also had some exterior damage that should have been repaired before being rented out.
I have had prior good experiences with this Enterprise office and this was no exception. Our car was in the shop for some major repairs and I rented a car for our vacation. The car I got was excellent as were all of our contacts with the staff at this location. I would happily rent from them again.
Sumter SC Enterprise upgraded me immediately as a result of a late pickup.

They were extremely courtious and went out of their way to accomadate my needs.
