I use Hertz exclusively in a few different towns. Service is good and staff is friendly. You get the car you reserved or they upgrade you. The car was clean and comfortable.
The staff is awesome and the experience is quick. My favorite location to rent...for sure.
I always get the best and friendliest service from the folks down at the Garners Ferry store! They make you feel like one of the family! Thanks Chase, Clint, Carlton, Kayla, Mr. Garrett and all the other new helpers! Love you all!
My husband and I rented at this location recently. This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever encountered. The employee named Kayla was very rude. When she and the other employee encountered a problem, she proceeded to have a full argument with him in front of us and another customer. She used hand motions and language that was not appropriate. Her rhetoric was very unprofessional. I was going to give this only 1 star but the only reason I am giving 2 is because the other employee was nice. He handled our return and we were very pleased with his service. Unfortunately, we won't use this location again though. Oh and also the car smelled like smoke.
