Good service technician, quick service. Fair prices. The worst part of my visit was the front desk receptionist position. Not interested in helping me out with my questions. To involved with her children she brought to work.
The front office staff was not friendly at all. They didn't seem to want to be at work. One woman was sitting down playing candy crush when I got there and had the nerve to have her church Shirt on like how you a Christian and got a bad attitude. Then the other lady kept referring to me by my first name and not referring to me as Mr. I have a huge problem with that. Then I was told they were ready to cash me out and I walk up to the desk ready to pay and she told me give her a few minutes! I don't understand! The oil change was fine but the service makes it not worth the time!!!
Paid almost a $1000 to get work done and still didn't help the original problem I had after having the car all day!!
Walked in to ask if they sold frion in a can. Several men behind the counter saw I was a woman and immediately tried to convince me to get a full ac diagnostic etc for well over $100. Asked them several times if they just sold the frion cans and they refused to answer me. Gave up and went to the Auto Zone just up the road.
