Everything you would come to expect out of a welcoming business. My visit went as planned, windshield is gtg. Also if your reading this, spend the little extra money and get your windshield UV tinted. You will thank yourself in the 100* summers. Just ask the staff for directions on that topic.
Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience with Safelite AutoGlass. They where to replace my windshield between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. The repair technician comes at 11:30 am, and said that it may rain and did not want to work on the car in my driveway. He told me to bring the car in the shop and he would replace it there. He gave me directions that where not very good. I tried calling the shop phone and no one picked up to give me directions. Bottom line, the work was done correctly, as far as I can tell, but the service was poor, being that I was inconvenienced. I pretty much had to waste most of my day waiting for them to come out only to have to go in the shop anyway. It was nothing like you see on their TV commercial.
Fast scheduling, very prompt service! Technician called before appointment time and arrived exactly when he said he would! Very customer friendly, he happily answered the questions I had concerning the replacement and also other window concerns I had. Was very thorough and clear on post replacement instructions. He even detailed the dash and cleaned the other windows on my vehicle! A++ Service, Highly recommend!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE OF THE CHANCE OF RAIN THEY ASKED COULD I BRING IT TO THE SHOP WHICH I DID THE ONLY THING WASN'T SATISFACTORY WAS GLASS STILL IN THE BACK DOOR WHEN I CLOSED THE DOOR AND I ALSO HAD TO VACUUM THE INSIDE OF THE CAR BECAUSE OF GLASS LEFT IN MY VEHICLE OTHER WISE I LIKE THE COMPANY WASN'T THE FIRST TIME I DEALT WITH THEM
