If they try to get you to go see a nurse practitioner by the name of Felicia Heyward,Your better off calling your neighbor for medical assistance.The referrals seem to Never get processed and they will give you the run around and try to put the blame on other parts of the insurance departments.Personally,I advise you to see treatment anywhere other than Colonial Family Practice.The location I visited was 308 W Westmark in Sumter SC.The staff was just as bad.It was a horrible experience.I was treated for the flu when in fact come to find out I had bacterial meningitis.By God's Grace my gut told me it was more than the flu and I decided to seek other treatment options elsewhere.
Dr hayward has a bad attitude problem she got mad because my job sent me home due to my bad ankle I couldn't walk out the the job they had to use a wheelchair they told me I couldn't come back to work til I follow up with my main doctor which is her she told me that's more paperwork she has to do with the attitude she has she doesn't need that type of career I will no longer be going there!!!!! If you can't do your job properly then give them srubs a rest how dare you complain to a patient about the amount of work that falls on you!!!!!! That's your job!!!!!#
