I called them on the 16th of April. I was told that my compressor was bad and that it was still under warrenty. He said that he ordered the part and it should be in by Monday the 18th. I called again Monday to see if the part was in. An operator answered the phone and said that she would page him to call me. No returned phone call by lunch so i called again and got the same reply. I called twice on tuesday, three times on wednesday, thursday and friday. still no return call. I called again on saturday and sunday no return calls. By this time it had been over a week that my AC was broke. My house was 85 degrees and climbing! I called again multiple times as in 3-4 times on monday, tuesday, and wednesday and still no replies. So Thursday I finally called another company and he called back. Go figure. I explained to him that his lack of customer service and a simple call to say my part wasnt in or that he never ordered it was all that I needed. Not to be avoided for a week and a half. It is now friday the 29th and the AC is still broken but the new company Hatfield heating and air went and place window units in my house less than two hours after calling them for repair. Advanced might have been the cheapest repair place but the lack of customer service and care is not worth it. STAY AWAY!!
Very prompt and honest with me about the system. They actually installed the old system about 18 years ago and they've always been faithful about providing service. Great Service!
