Review of services: my wife accidentally bent a prong on her engagement ring. Manager Kim Hatchell worked with master bench jeweler Tim to completely replace all prongs (palladium) and they did such a great job. They look great, are strong, and don't obstruct the view of the diamond. Thanks so much Kim and Tim!
Bought my wife's ring from G&M many moons ago and they still provide free cleanings. A recent incident with a bottle of fingernail polish led me to visit the store and within 10 minutes the ring was professionally cleaned for free. Great customer service.
