Sharing my bad experience with Sumter mall Kay jewelers. I don't have any experience about jewelry with this store but had a bad experience about my watch. I replaced a battery there and later found out the seal was missing. Appears that the person who replaced the battery never replaced the seal and due to that my one of the expensive watches is not warning anymore. I complained about this to the manager and surprisingly they are not willing to take the responsibility. I repent replacing the battery there as looks like I am going to have to throw the watch away.
