Better eat breakfast & lunch before you come. You'll be in there 2-4hours. Some workers in there seem very nonchalant
Grossly understaffed. Literally no room for the disabled, elderly, or anyone to sit in the waiting room due to overcrowding. Should you get tired of standing and lean on the wall, the security guard tells you that you cannot. This place is terrible.
I received a call from a intake officer (I can't remember her name) she was rude & not friendly at all. Very bad customer service!!!!
Wait time is a little long (over 30 minutes), so just be prepared for that.
Went there to get a bypass code to access their website and the ladies working the windows were so nice to me! We were laughing and having fun at the same time they were helping me.
Overall, I had a nice visit there.
