It took them 5 times to get my card number and they still couldn't get it right. Either overworked or just incompetent.
We ( my husband, 8 month old daughter, and I) waited 45 minutes for one medium pizza that they messed up. Then, the cashier was absolutely rude. She was throwing pizza boxes (literally throwing them). No apology. No offer of compensation, nothing. We love papa johns but this was by far one of the worse experiences. I would rather go to the one on Guignard, they have much better customer service.
On a Saturday night at 730 they ran out of medium pizzas, so I was forced to get a large if I wanted a pizza. Still better than the other location in Sumter but not happy with spending the extra loot for there mess up.
We ordered online and did half cheese, as I am intolerant to dairy, and they called us to make sure we ordered correctly. It was ready when we got there, and everyone was so nice. Who knew pizza could taste good without cheese. It was deliciously made! Great experience.
The pizza is really good, and I adore their Tuscan cheese sticks. Order has never been wrong or tasted weird, always on time. Went to order pizza at 8AM and placed it to be delivered at 12PM, they came at 11:45AM and were apologizing like crazy for being late, even when they weren't at all. Also ordered online and was told the order would be delivered in 50-60 minutes, they came in about 30. They tend to forget to change garlic sauce to cheese sauce though sometimes.
