If you are going to have operating hours on a weekend you should have someone that answers the phone to deal with customer service issues. We are scheduled for a delivery on a weekend and have had no confirmation from the company.
Damn, Daniel back at it again with the mucho dizero effort. Working with this group of movers was the equivalent of telling a child to sit in the corner of a circular room. The first day scheduled for packing, they showed up three hours late with only three people (one being Daniel) and only worked for two hours. I would also like to mention that they smelled atrocious and had the communication skills of an infant. The second day, two of those three people showed up (including Daniel) and they did not accomplish much. The third and final day, six movers showed up and were literally there for 12 hours because they thought their job description entailed more than just packing and moving. Due to their lack of understanding of their own job duties, they left quite a bit of stuff and had to return to get it the following week. Overall, I would not recommend this moving company under any circumstances.
