No good customer service. I did not get a chance to even step through the front door. When I call the number the guy answer the phone by saying hello. Standard protocol you will give the company name and maybe your name to be on a personal level with your client. After I asked him is this the storage facility he said yes , he provided me a quick price estimate and the availability of his current units. When I asked him was that the price of a regular unit or a climate control unit he said that was for a regular unit and quoted a different price for the climate control. I said okay that's fine I'm just interested in the standard unit. I asked what are the fees associated with getting the unit and he hung the phone up on me. I'm not exactly sure what happened to you cause him to hang up and not answer the phone again but this was very rude and unsatisfactory and my eyes as a customer looking for storage space. I am now a happy customer at the Public Storage units off of Camden Highway by Lowe's. Thanks for nothing Shaw Parkway Storage.
Nice staff and not a busy area. In and out without other people in your way with ease. Prices are better than most as well.
