My fiancé took in her car because he steering was off. Turns out the tire had separation and need to be replaced. We asked the question if it would be covered under warranty just to be sure and was told we would be called with a for sure answer. We looked into tire options and shoped around to get the best deal. By the time we were called about the warranty not covering the tires, the car was already on the lift and being worked on. This is bad customer service and will never recommend this dealership for service.

I have always gotten good service when I have visited Jones Buick GMC. No complaints at all.
My emission sensor went out causing my check engine light to stay on. I was unable to use my remote start due to the issue. I called and was able to get a hold of the service department to schedule for repairs to be made. My appointment was at 10am I arrived at 945am checked in and was out by 1105am. I have not had any issues with my check engine light after that. I enjoyed the professional Friendly staff. I don't plan on going any place else unless your jammed pack and I need immediate service. Thank you #JonesBuickSumterSC I value your hard work.
