Also, they deleted my review on Facebook and took of the section where you can leave reviews because they were getting horrible ones. How convenient.
We drove 1.5 hrs to look at a vehicle that we had been discussing through email. Once there the girl I was spiraling south via email passed me off to another girl. They then asked was i looking at the hylander and when i said no the durango. She says oh, they are the same color. They told me they were not pulling my credit they just wanted to get my information and low and behold there's a hard hit on my credit from them. I did NOT give them permission to pull my credit. The manager was trying to low ball me on the trade in. We left and get a phone call today that the GM was wanting to give me closer to what I was asking on my trade in. Yeah wasnt going to happen as it was more than a grand to low. I watched 2 other people walk out as well so that should have been a sign to run. Overall the process was not done in a professional matter and I am furious that they ran my credit without my permission. To make it even funnier, they were wanting to do a deal without showing me the vehicle nor test driving the vehicle. This dealer is a joke.
I recently brought a 2015 Nissan Altima, the service was outstanding. I brought the vehicle and noticed that it didn't have an oil change sticker, after bringing it in and talking to the manager Stephen about it; he made sure it went through the used car inspection and fixed any issues that the car may have had which was little to none because it only had 34000 miles. The finance lady Natalie is awesome and my salesman David Gardner wasn't so bad. So, give them a try, it was well worth the drive and don't think they are bad because it took me 3 visits before I was blessed with my car.. May God continue to bless everyone with their heart's desires!!
Terrible people never come here! The manager is unprofessional and unhelpful. My uncle paid $6,000 and traded his car for one of theirs , everything was great when he handed them the money but then they decided to ask him to give back the car and that none of his money nor his car would be given back. They were rude to him told him he would not get nothing back , made him and his family loose days from work, and it wasn't until my uncle decided to get a lawyer that they decided to give him his money back. This is called stealing ! They will get sued. I will make sure this case and everything they did to my uncle gets around and is well known. Terrible place !!!!
They are doing that shameful scam lottery before Christmas, don't get hooked. The place is not worth your time.
So unimpressed with the higher ups level of customer service.... I don't care if you are purchasing a brand new vehicle or a 10 year old used vehicle a customer is a customer and should be treated with respect. ESPECIALLY when one of their employees BACKS the vehicle you've just purchased INTO another vehicle with you WATCHING, and no one can be bothered to acknowledge it, or apologize, and you're just waved off like nothing happened. And once you address it still nothing is even acknowledged. I'm more pissed off with the blatant lack of customer service than the fact that the accident happened.... no tact at all. The only employees I was impressed with were our sales guy Doug, and finance person Natalie. The rest CLEARLY need some lessons on how to treat customers....
