In the store i was told my service was transferred, coustomer services said i wasn't
took sim cards ,trashed them and said she couldn't give me my money back.
Clean store located in the local mall with ample parking. However, this store is not an “official” T-Mobile store and you will probably not receive the same level of service that is typically offered at a store directly controlled by T-Mobile. From the brief in-store experience that I received, will never visit this store again. Unfortunately for anyone that resides in Sumter, it is the only full sized T-Mobile store within a 50-mile radius and the staff at the store clearly take advantage of the lack of local competition. This location is operated by Express Stores, LLC.
tried twice to return their phones, the employees were busy laughing and talki g and no noone knew what to do , had to take them to columbia to return them without a problem.
Awful customer service..
The customer service is a friendly informal service. It has less rush that other T-Mobile stores but is more fun because of that real personality.

Tried to ask one question on deals. They were too busy taking among themselves about lunch to help out. Also they said the j7 is the same as an s7 which are far from the same. I don't think they know what they are talking about when comparing phone specs.
