This hotel was a good price, but it was an older facility. Our housekeeper Sandra was wonderful. She checked on us and interacted with our seven year old grandson often. She had great customer service skills and attitude. She should be commended! The pool was clean and refreshing. I was surprised that there wasn't an exhaust fan of some sort in the bathroom. If we return, we will request a ground floor room as the stairs were a bit much to handle for me. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was in a great area, close to shopping and restaurants.
Great place to stay when traveling for business. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast buffet is good.
Nice place. Room was clean, beds and pillows very comfortable, property well-maintained, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. As otr truckers we stay in hotels all over the country and for a value-priced hotel, this one tops the list. The carpet in our room needed shampooed (stinks) or I would have given 5 stars.
We had a nice stay from 11/25 until checkout 11/28, my husband booked the (nonsmoking) room for 3 days even after finding out we had to put down $100 deposit. So, let's fast forward. The day of checkout, we're all packed and we go to turn in the keys, and receive our deposit. Housekeeping calls to the front desk and says we've been smoking pot in the room. Some Huh?? How is that and all of the rooms were non smoking, and we were at my aunt's house or shopping mostly. We Never received our deposit back. Yea! They lost two out of state customers for sure.
The rooms and furniture are dated/worn. Definitely needs updating. Beds are decent but pillows are really small. Room is not very clean, toenail clippings behind table, dust on things, furniture rusty and stains on curtains and towels. Biggest problem is we have found little tiny roaches coming from the electronics on the night table by the beds.
Unfortunately! I ended up staying here again due to other hotels being booked. We checked in 11/22/17. First night in, I find a roach in my room. Luckily it didn't come across my 15 month old son, and my husband didn't see it, it would've been handled way differently. The same night there was another roach in my mothers room, just 2 doors down from us actually. And needless to say a day later I came across another brown brother in my mother's room. The sheets didn't look clean, there were yellow spots on the sheets. Again! Luckliy my baby sleeps in his play pen when we visit hotels. And to put the cherry on top! The 2nd roll of toilet paper was water damaged and had turned brown. This hotel is utterly unacceptable as I've said before in my previous review.
