She gave us a list of things to do in order to have our home ready for the market; we complied with them all and our house was toured by four people and on contract within a week! They are a military friendly company and Linda treated us with the greatest respect. It was a hassle free deal for sure and we recommend her to anyone.
In my case they didn't do a joint inspection and I was charged 229 for the garage remote which I left at the kitchen and the upstairs room AC remote which I also left under the AC unit. These charges were made weeks later after they lost the keys. I was also charged the weekend rent because they couldn't receive the keys on weekends. 21 years in the military renting all over US and first time I write a review on a company I rented from. I will never do business again with Berkshire Hathaway or affiliated companies.

Katharine Rauch is wonderful! As a first-time home buyer I was very nervous about the whole process of buying a house, but Katharine looked out for me time and time again, answering every question patiently and working tirelessly to make sure I found the home of my dreams. She repeatedly gave me great advice without being at all pushy. Though I know she was busy, she gave her time generously and made me feel like a priority. She listened closely to my concerns and did a great job of matching possible houses with my wish list.
Do not rent from these people. First of all, they will look for anything possible to keep your deposit. They will hold your deposit for 30 days after your lease is over and within those days if they find something you get charged.
