I've been dealing with ERA Wilder Realty for years. They manage a property I own in Sumter, SC. Glenda Hawkins is my property manager and has been the "BEST" property manager I've had over the past five years. However, the accounting department has been the limiting factor with wrong deposits amounts, incorrect owners statements (when they use to send them out), and now their new website that was suppose to be the fix for this issue is not up to date and I am still getting the wrong amount deposited according to the information they provide me. If it wasn't for Glenda Hawkins I would have left years ago. I don't expect perfection I expect progression when and if things go wrong. I pay this company to deliver nothing but problems instead of outstanding service and commitment. If you have the chance go with someone else to manage your property. I know I am.
