Excellent 5 star reviews across the board. They took the time to make important decisions on what would be best rather than what would be easiest. They have an amazing staff who truly care about the children and their parents. I could not be more satisfied with Carolina Children's Dentistry of Sumter!
The care seems good and the dentists are knowledgeable. In three visits, I've never been seen within 30 minutes of my appointed time. Twice I addressed with the staff that I was there for nearly an hour and still had yet to be seen. If you have the time to spend, the kids enjoy the waiting area (toy trains, tv and fish tank) but if you want timely service, I recommend you look elsewhere.
Always a pleasure to visit. My parents trusted Dr. Goins and staff with my smile many moons ago :-) and I now take my babies there. Awesome environment, Awesome staff, Awesome care!!!
I would not go anywhere else. My daughters aged three and seven are actually happy to go to the dentist. The staff is so easy going and puts my girls at ease. They explain to them exactly what they're going to do before they do it which is very important to children. So glad that going to the dentist isn't such a hassle. Knowing that we have such a great team to take care of my babies mouths is amazing.
The facility is very inviting and the staff is like extended family. They do more than just care for my children's teeth; they care about my family. Because of the professionalism and compassion that they show, my daughter said she wants to be a dentist.
