This has to be the worst establishment ever. The hygienist are great but that doctor Wagner is very unprofessional. He was rude to me on 3 different occasions. So when ever I'm in pain, I moan. That's how i get threw things. Dr. Wagner told me to hush my mouth and stop all that moaning. Mind you, I was not yelling or moving but just moaning to get threw the pain bc he had to stick a niddle in my gums. Then he tried to make me take another shot after i told him no bc me moaning make a him nervouse. Tf. He is not gental at all, Idk what it was but he pushed some metal peice down in my gums soooooo hard that everything in my body start thumbing smh. Then goes to tell me while he's doing that I need to take it or get another shot. How rude and unprofessional he is. I can go on and on and on. I mean my teeth have never been the same after he worked on them. Smh. After our confertation, I told him that if he can't deal with his patients coping mechanism , as long as it's not a disruption or violence, then he do not need to be a dentist. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.
My wife was a patient at this office until they tried getting her to sign a cost agreement three months prior to a crown replacement. The document also mentioned the purchase of a three year warranty at a cost $130 per crown. She expressed her concerns over the document at which point the woman at the front desk said, "just sign it, the front office hasn't changed the wording of the document yet."

Dr Hurst is very friendly, polite, generous and gentle. I love the atmosphere here. I felt so relaxed. After being a patient for years at another local office I transferred myself here for reasons. Glad that I did. The staff here is so AMAZING. Any questions u need answered they are willing to. The cleanliness is an A+. Cant wait till my final results. We have to take care of the basics 1st before my VENEERS. SO FAR SO GOOD EVERYTHING LOOKS AMAZING. Thanks DR HURST.
Been going to this practice the better part of 20 years. Never a bad experience. Dr. Hurst and his staff are always professional.
